At The Vintage Box Company, we want you to love your unique finds, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that due to the curated nature of our collection, certain limited-edition vintage pieces may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original vintage-style packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including all original tags.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
